Participating in project planning, requirements analysis, and design discussions Executing test cases and capture of results Reviewing test results through demonstrated ability to accurately assess output results against expected results. Tracking and reporting the status of defects, escalating issues, as appropriate, and following through with defects until resolution. As needed, review business processes with end users to ensure clear understanding of business requirements that need to be translated to solid test scripts / plans. Communicating test status with business customers and project team members, soliciting changes and/or feedback and updating test plan/strategy as appropriate. Training Client Associates in QA practices, procedures, and techniques. Performing audit inspections and review project documentation at points throughout the development life cycle of a project to ensure all deliverables, processes, business rules, assumptions, and change requests are addressed. Create and maintain manual and automated test scripts for repeatable use. Drive internal process improvements and develop procedures to maintain and improve Application Service Level Agreement requirements. Maintains testing infrastructure and servers to enable effecting testing across the globe.
