Participating in project planning, requirements analysis, and design discussions  Executing test cases and capture of results  Reviewing test results through demonstrated ability to accurately assess output results against expected results.  Tracking and reporting the status of defects, escalating issues, as appropriate, and following through with defects until resolution.  As needed, review business processes with end users to ensure clear understanding of business requirements that need to be translated to solid test scripts / plans.  Communicating test status with business customers and project team members, soliciting changes and/or feedback and updating test plan/strategy as appropriate.  Training Client Associates in QA practices, procedures, and techniques.  Performing audit inspections and review project documentation at points throughout the development life cycle of a project to ensure all deliverables, processes, business rules, assumptions, and change requests are addressed.  Create and maintain manual and automated test scripts for repeatable use. Drive internal process improvements and develop procedures to maintain and improve Application Service Level Agreement requirements.  Maintains testing infrastructure and servers to enable effecting testing across the globe.
