• Testing experience of IVR Applications and a good understanding on IVR testing concepts including Automation .
• Experience in IVR test data setup, Skill Mapping, IVR call flow testing, CTI Testing, Call Routing and Synthesizing of complex IVR call flows.
• Worked on Jira , Quality Center , Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya CMS Supervisor
• Hands on experience using IVR application automation tools such as using Hammer or Cyara
• Experience in platform transition and migration.
• Experience processing large set of h call data and creating Test cases.
