Here are the skills the we need:
• Good familiarity with MS Office apps – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Ability to accurately capture notes, actions, issues from meetings
• Good communicator – can speak clearly, ask questions when needed. Seeks information without being directed to.
• Can act on direction from Accenture PMs with moderate amount of guidance.
• Some experience with process redesign and process mapping would be very helpful. We may use them to help draw diagrams in ARIS (training will be provided).
• Knowledge of Operations is nice to have but not essential
• Knowledge of Broadridge application would be helpful
